| Chapter 3 Clairvoyance or |
Unfortunately, behavioral scientist ignore the fact that some clairvoyants can take a peek into the future, visualize an eminent threat, and know instinctively
when someone has their attention on them or looking at them even when the observation is done remotely by a camera or even a satellite. This is more
common then you think. Try looking at a woman on an airplane a few seats behind her for a few seconds and she will boob her head turn around and give
you that look, and if you consider a set of sisters living miles apart yet know instinctively when the other is down or even in trouble without the use of a cell
phone gives credence to such terms as Clairvoyance, Telepathy, or Premonition.
The day a fortune 500 company set me a packing was the day I walked outside the building and tossed my cell phone in a dumpster! A-h-h-h the space and
privacy! Silence is Golden! By the way, I still do not know how to operate a microwave oven or do I ever care to use one! I do know how to disassemble the
oven and make a simple micro wave gun with an empty soda can. So it is the case that Micro Wave ovens are very dangerous, especially in the hands of the
youth or a Top Secret Geek doing experiments inside other peoples heads! The point is, high technology is not always an advancement but
sometimes takes away the true treasures in our lives! Lastly, why do we buy computers when we could be using them unseen and unnoticed inside of our
televisions sense 1968? Recently and purposely, I bought a dinosaur tube TV verse a flat screen because the electron gun in the back has the capability of
transferring every single book in the library of congress to a copper wafer the size of a quarter with visual transference without linear binary codes- "Been
Down Long?"
Police will use clairvoyants to help with an investigation when all other scientific investigative means have failed and have about a 25/75 percent accuracy rate
basically because they can not measure the clairvoyant’s capabilities and many times use those that do not know how to use the art but believe they have
special God-given talents they really do not possess or know how to use them.

As a clairvoyant, well before my birth and conception into this life time, my visual somatic domain is the most prized sense of perception next to my eye sight
and wonder with great empathy for those that can not dream and even those that can not visualize a simple baseball in their minds eye while fully cognitive
and awake!
Nevertheless, visualization is not a necessary condition for the soul or the I-ness of a being that determines its existence. The life of Helen Keller who from
birth was deaf and blind; however, invented the Braille system so she could read, write, and communicate with others is a very good example.
In addition, and to the surprise of those that do dream, dreaming is not something conjured up from the imagination. If you are dreaming of a conversation
with Aunt Suzie then you are actually communicating with Aunt Suzie as if you were talking over a cup of tea during Christmas dinner.
I make this statement with much caution because in many cases, dreaming is imagination as we think we know it, and anything, I mean anything can happen in
a dream! Do not be concerned with a night mare or some horrible event that happens in a dream as real or think of it as real as the kitchen table. Thank
almighty God for good old common sense!
So it is safe to say that dreaming is something beyond the realm of human reason that seems to oppose the known laws of physics and the natural order of
things. The protection and emotional release that is necessary when we dream is just one of those everyday ordinary miracles from God working in our lives!
Have you ever sang along in precession with a few rounds of the song with the lyrics ‘Row Row Row Your Boat Gently Down The Stream?” It continues with
the next stanza with “Merrily, merrily, merrily, life is but a dream.” It stands to reason if dreams are as real as the kitchen table then it could also be true that
reality is dreaming or just a dream.
I also repeat, Ontology is the study of being or the I-ness of a being that determines its existence. Generally in the west, entities of the spirit world have less
“ontological weight” as phantoms of a dream world with lessened or no individual awareness.
"Monadalogy” a famous metaphysical essay by Gottfried Leibniz suggests that all things that exist have ontological weight as Monads, the smallest units of
awareness. Simply put, if you are dreaming of a conversation with Aunt Suzie than you are actually communicating with her as if you were having a personal
conversation over a cup of tea at Christmas dinner. Monads can be seen and photographed as the explanation of the majority of orb sightings, balls of light
seen by some and not by others that meet the criteria of social invisibility, such as the shining star that I wrote about in chapter one that has always been a
life long companion.
Shape and forms of things seem to be adaptive to the world which surrounds or affects a particular body. Certainly, this is true in a sense but not necessarily.
Objects are conditioned by the physics of awareness, the higher law in which all lower laws must obey. A sphere of emptiness envelopes all binary relations by
way of negation, limitation, or undefined schema- as all things that come to be already exist as an empty set of ideas.
The phrase “empty set” represents the foundation of binary calculations rooted in emptiness. The laws of physics must obey the primordial law of emptiness,
the higher law of awareness. Physics responds in a mathematical way each and every time here now on awareness’ own accord, not necessarily as it appears
or as observed.
Not all intellectuals take this position, and many have made good attempts explaining the physics of awareness. Although, they seem to have different
approaches, it matters not if we explore the inner workings of the mind as an idealist or trod a true materialistic path. All persistent thinkers eventually meet in
the same conscious realization of this primordial substance, be it called matter or mind.
This immaterialist position called idealism, a claim that all objects are actually ideas, makes good sense especially when operating on multidimensional planes
that are made up of those very ideas. Of course, any rational idealist would border the absurd to think it possible to crash head on into a concrete wall without
suffering the effects of a Rock Hard Concrete Idea! It is equally absurd to think that there exists something other than the mind. Where would this substance
come from?
Idealism solves many of the problems of today’s scientific separatism view which falsely presupposes the existence of two separate worlds, the empirical outer
universe and the mind.
We might consider our humble beginnings as the Big Bang of Consciousness- no longer a subject-object relation of rocks, dust, gases, and things, but the
shadows of ever-expanding awareness illuminating the dark unknown of our universe.
It makes good sense, if there is a God then we are actually living and operating within the Divine Holy dream of his nature and would explain why we have
necessary conditional restraint while living in the physical universe to protect us with common sense, which I believe is just another example that there is an
everyday ordinary common god, as close as the invisible nose on your face, working miracles in your life? “Success is progressive realization of a worthy
ideal,” a quotation from Earl Nightingale who was a US motivational writer and author, 1921-1989.
How about a little refresher from chapter 2 “How Things Come to be,”
“Charles Burton poetically describes ancient Sanskrit ontology as the “Over Soul” published in 1939. If heaven exists, and I argue that it necessarily exists,
our own solar system must be nested within its heavenly properties. In contemporary literature, we lose this association because our language now
determines these concepts as “abstract ideas” (A Kripke-Plantinga (KP) world is an abstract object of some sort). How can it be established that our solar
system, including Earth, spins in abstract space, an area that can only be appreciated intellectually?”
Some contemporary philosophers of creditability consider this a naive form of idealism; few understand the injustice Paul Kripke had done the world in a small
auditorium in 1979 with a speech titled “Naming and Necessity.” What I really should say is shame on those teaching Philosophies that accepted every word
that he said and know better than to believe half of what see and nothing that you read!
Likewise and with the same furry, my advise should be scrutinized regarding dreams; find out for yourself, don’t just take my word for it, although it makes
good sense that there are no abstract worlds if we live in the imagination of our creator, the Divine Dreamer- everything must be real! The King James Holy
Bible could be interpreted in the same way:
“Matthew 5:28, "But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart."
My understanding of dreams comes from a life time of personal experience especially after being found dead on the floor caused by a stroke from a
prescription drug called VIOXX that never did anything for pain or help any disease. The arriving EMS emergency medical service used a defibrillator on me
just to keep my mother from crying and with great surprise got my heart pumping again but I fell into a deep coma on August 23 2002 and woke in a
convalescent ward with freshly hung Christmas ornaments 4 months later- by the grace of God.
I make a distinction between two types of comatose, those that dream and those that do not. Unfortunately, I was a dreamer and it took weeks of family
therapy when I woke to convince me I was not dreaming that I was in therapy with my family.
I truly believed that the dream world of my coma was just as real as each day I waken today. So still to this day have living memory and good reason that we
are all living in a conditional dream world provided by our creator by intelligent design with specific laws of physics or the natural order of things. Writing these
words today is enough evidence for me that there is an everyday ordinary common God as close as the invisible nose on my face working miracles in my life!
Referring back to our family journal authored by Mary and me, my first entry entitled “The first Celebration” from Hindu tradition in my own words as it was
hand written from memory as I wrote it, December 09, 2004 and hope I did the parable justice:
“The first Celebration”
“Eons ago in the twilight of memories, God created angels to serve its purpose. The bliss of Heaven here and now moves the angles to sing from glorious
positions. From the moment of conception, the angels began decorating heaven with art and filling it with music. In their youth, angels did not look directly
upon the face of God because it shined so brightly with all its glory. To aid them in their work, the angels were given workers called celebs. The celebs
constructed beautiful cathedrals and palaces from the golden dust of God. One day a celeb was working with a pane of glass intended for a palace window
saw the reflection of God. The celeb began to run about heaven singing of his experience. The angles hearing the celebs song lifted the pane to God and
indeed saw his reflection. The reflection of God moved them so deeply with love the angels began to devise a window pane large enough for all of heaven to
see. This window was named mirror. The celebs where given the task of constructing a mirror large enough for all to see the reflection of God. The day of its
completion was called celebration in honor of the worker who first saw the reflection of God. The mirror was so heavy that all the celebs in Heaven could not
lift it for all to see. An angel was given this honor and lifted it with ease. Nothing is too heavy for an angel; anything they can be they also make mistakes
because they are free. The angel lifted the mirror and walked in a circle for all to see the reflection of God. The angel stumbled and fell to heaven’s floor. The
mirror shattered in countless pieces. These pieces are YOU and ME!”
I am simply trying to convey in poetic parable that if you look you will see and understand God is everywhere and we are living within God’s conscious
awareness or to say a part of and living in the Divine Dreamers Dream just as my favorite Persian Mystic Hafiz wrote down 600 years ago.

Like I said, I received all the signs that danger was lurking but was in a state of denial, never to expect that domestic surveillance would grow so big and go
Finally, after several clairvoyant slaps in the face, I acted on my premonitions, and went to the person’s office that had been trailing Mary and I along with
what I called CUBIT gang members a new plan to protect the University from harsh fines of discrimination and carried with me only by memory every detail,
exactly as it had happened on the exact day over the previous 12 months and every time she accessed a medical file, sent an email that concerned me,
talked about me on the phone etc… I knew nothing more about her except when she stuck her nose into this mystic’s business by way of eidetic flashes of
personal intrusion that could be seen clearly in my minds eye.
Any Clairvoyant worth his/her weight would never think of intruding into some else life, but petty the person who is so bold to stick their noses into a
clairvoyants business with bad intent. This is not the case of or retribution but one of self preservation, usually ignored as a welcomed warning and just a
nuisance by the intruding party unless it is a continue bombardment of personal space. When it get’s this bad where a group of people are surrounding you
orchestrated by another; you have to intervene as nicely as you can before they bring harm to you or themselves.
I approached her office with caution and respect and sat down and said “look, I have been having a lot of problems here lately with my professors and so on
and I know that all my problems are coming from this office.” “After all, this is a University, not the gin mill down the street- smart people hang out here!” Keep
in mind my grade point average was 4.0 at the time and my disability is limited mobility, I have more stainless steel in my body than I have skeletal bone.
She jump from her seat to standing in a frightened rage and told me to leave her office immediately, which I was happy to do thinking that finally her and the
others would leave me be and mind their own business. Later, I filed a formal ADA complaint that simply said, “The University’s Quality Assurance Program
was hard wired to favorable responses.”
I also followed through with police reports that were destroyed and again months later after episodes of retaliation reported to the police again who ignored
my complaints. This was in 2007 after the Virginia tech massacre.
Finally, after all reasonable complaints of due process went to the University Administrator that had been working my case and I made straight demands if the
action did not stop. I remember saying as I thought of the Civil Rights Office, “There is a team of lawyers foaming at the mouth to get in here.” This was a big
mistake that I did not realize at the time, because now the school thinks I am suing for monetary damages when all I was trying to do was get my diploma and
leave!
Little did I know that the Bush Civil Rights department had changed their attitudes concerning disabled students and considered any lawyer perusing such a
claim as a “Commie” or "Socialist.” Little did they know how they contributed to the rise in campus violence and deaths for not perusing each case.
The next week another mass shooting happened on the Illinois University campus and as I watched the news, the fellow went through the same thing I did;
however, the hyper-surveillance drove him insane just as it did the Virginia Tech shooter. So being the oldest kid in the class I had to step-up and went to the
local FBI office and explained what was going on.
Little did I know that the University hosted the FBI academy and billions of dollars for research had been allocated to the University for the Anti-terrorism
domestic surveillance program mandated by George W. Bush and now I was the number one suspect. The retaliation and high tech surveillance only
intensified and followed me on my personal computer, every email, telephone call, and satellite tracking and anyone associated with me; on and off campus.
Months latter, I was still visiting Mary in the hospital and her condition seemed to worsen and she continued to complain about being watched, and reminded
me on several occasions when I was being trailed on campus but I ignored her stories only to realize at a much later date, even the helicopters flying over our
farm were tracking our movements. It was hard to accept that Mary was telling the truth that we were both victims of human research outside of protocol and
well outside terrorist threats.
The act of being stalked while people hide in the social blind spot of social recognition was something Mary could see but I could not and if it were not for the
election of Barack Obama and the hard work of his administration, I would be dead or doomed to prison for life as well as many others a direct causal effect of
a covert Anti-Terrorism Domestic program that had gone completely out of control.

exactly as it had happened on the exact day over the previous 12 months and every time she accessed a medical file, sent an email that concerned me,
talked about me on the phone etc… I knew nothing more about her except when she stuck her nose into this mystic’s business by way of eidetic flashes of
personal intrusion that could be seen clearly in my minds eye.
Any Clairvoyant worth his/her weight would never think of intruding into some else life, but petty the person who is so bold to stick their noses into a
clairvoyants business with bad intent. This is not the case of or retribution but one of self preservation, usually ignored as a welcomed warning and just a
nuisance by the intruding party unless it is a continue bombardment of personal space. When it get’s this bad where a group of people are surrounding you
orchestrated by another; you have to intervene as nicely as you can before they bring harm to you or themselves.
I approached her office with caution and respect and sat down and said “look, I have been having a lot of problems here lately with my professors and so on
and I know that all my problems are coming from this office.” “After all, this is a University, not the gin mill down the street- smart people hang out here!” Keep
in mind my grade point average was 4.0 at the time and my disability is limited mobility, I have more stainless steel in my body than I have skeletal bone.
She jump from her seat to standing in a frightened rage and told me to leave her office immediately, which I was happy to do thinking that finally her and the
others would leave me be and mind their own business. Later, I filed a formal ADA complaint that simply said, “The University’s Quality Assurance Program
was hard wired to favorable responses.”
I also followed through with police reports that were destroyed and again months later after episodes of retaliation reported to the police again who ignored
my complaints. This was in 2007 after the Virginia tech massacre.
Finally, after all reasonable complaints of due process went to the University Administrator that had been working my case and I made straight demands if the
action did not stop. I remember saying as I thought of the Civil Rights Office, “There is a team of lawyers foaming at the mouth to get in here.” This was a big
mistake that I did not realize at the time, because now the school thinks I am suing for monetary damages when all I was trying to do was get my diploma and
leave!
Little did I know that the Bush Civil Rights department had changed their attitudes concerning disabled students and considered any lawyer perusing such a
claim as a “Commie” or "Socialist.” Little did they know how they contributed to the rise in campus violence and deaths for not perusing each case.
The next week another mass shooting happened on the Illinois University campus and as I watched the news, the fellow went through the same thing I did;
however, the hyper-surveillance drove him insane just as it did the Virginia Tech shooter. So being the oldest kid in the class I had to step-up and went to the
local FBI office and explained what was going on.
Little did I know that the University hosted the FBI academy and billions of dollars for research had been allocated to the University for the Anti-terrorism
domestic surveillance program mandated by George W. Bush and now I was the number one suspect. The retaliation and high tech surveillance only
intensified and followed me on my personal computer, every email, telephone call, and satellite tracking and anyone associated with me; on and off campus.
Months latter, I was still visiting Mary in the hospital and her condition seemed to worsen and she continued to complain about being watched, and reminded
me on several occasions when I was being trailed on campus but I ignored her stories only to realize at a much later date, even the helicopters flying over our
farm were tracking our movements. It was hard to accept that Mary was telling the truth that we were both victims of human research outside of protocol and
well outside terrorist threats.
The act of being stalked while people hide in the social blind spot of social recognition was something Mary could see but I could not and if it were not for the
election of Barack Obama and the hard work of his administration, I would be dead or doomed to prison for life as well as many others a direct causal effect of
a covert Anti-Terrorism Domestic program that had gone completely out of control.

modified to reach the goal of no child left behind. While in some states, Texas for example drop-outs rates rose to a historic all time high of 30% of all children
in the state. Many of these children were of the brightest minds and the loss of potential contributions of the American body of knowledge is immeasurable but
the symptoms of poor economic health was felt November 2008 as “Global Economic Crisis.” If the measuring standards of academic achievement where not
fudged for funding, adjustments could have been made at the classroom level that I believe would of “Stopped the race so no child would be left behind.”

In my case, dreaming while my body is asleep at the wheel is the best time to catch up on the adversaries or evil people that try to bring harm to just your

however, the police investigative strategies look for reasonable suspicious acts and nothing is more suspicious-looking than a clairvoyant under hyper-
surveillance because once a clairvoyant is a surveillance target, we start to behave in a way that we know someone is watching even though we are quite

destructive habits are the worse demons that we can think of yet. These people get lighter sentences than others because they are well connected in the
community.
Who can argue against the theory that we all act in a way that is predictable? Don‘t we all stand in the bank beyond the cord ropes, and stand well beyond
the red line on the floor without the need of instruction; however, it is a grave error to think that any particular behavior has a predictable reaction.
This is why the Behavioral Sciences will always be an art form; especially if they exclude profiles they do not understand by the method of scientific

come to share a few cold ones with their buddies. All you got to do is ride in the blind spot of social recognition by behaving in a bizarre way as someone who
has had to much coca-cola to drink!
Chinese intelligence systems as well as other countries do a better job with surveillance because the people know that as long as you are in the band of the
general public under surveillance, than you are relativity safe from privacy intrusion and free to move about without fear.
I know this because while living in China, the safest country I know of and I have lived in most, I observed that the police have a good working relationship with
the populace and often will complain of too much information that leaves them blind sided to real threats of social invisibility. The same can be said of Italy
where the local officers patrol the communities in which they live, play, and worship.
In Texas we can say, “nothing changes but the meaning of law” and our economic down fall began many years ago by funding the DEA with resources for a
dual mission, attacking drug violations at the street level instead of the source and domestic surveillance in the interest and protection against terrorist threats
such as the attack on New York on September 11, 2001.
We all like to believe that justice is blind; however, there is no finer judge who lives in a community where the whole town knows of something less than
appropriate behavior practiced by the local judge. A paragraph from ”A History of La Salle County” 1856-1975 authored by Annette Martin Ludeman shows
that at least in Texas “nothing changes but the meaning of law” as follows in the month of December, 1886 La Salle County Texas:
“There was a jury inquest inquiring into the cause of the death of C.B. McKinney conducted by Judge Harwood. During the inquest Judge Hardwood was
taken very ill and died within five hours. Judge Hardwood’s mind was heavily taxed in conducting the inquest and having previously contracted the habit of
eating morphine, in a moment of hurry and excitement took an overdose of the drug which cause his death.” This of course added more grief and sorrow to
the already grief stricken little community.”
In today’s world, the murderer would be illegible for the position of Judge or Texas Ranger and the Judge would be considered a hardened criminal and drug
dealer. I am not saying that the DEA has recruited criminals, but the dual task of enforcing equal and harsh penalties along with the billions of dollars of
resources on drug users as well as terrorists jeopardizes our national security.
Lastly, the Chinese intelligence agencies and police have a true respect for individual privacy that naturally leads to respect to the police; otherwise, a
country or State can become a police State overnight if surveillance is not regulated and used for political adversaries, criminal activity, or retaliation.
Between the years of 2000-2010 Surveillance devices were used by incumbent politicians to secure another term just as President Richard
Nixon illegally ordered a search and seizure of a Water Gate Suite for overt intelligence to secure his position as President for another term.
Any human behavior ethnology can be taken out of context just to give due cause for suspicion, producing a false report that can encourage a public mob
hanging without a need of due process or trial of innocent law abiding citizens.
The modus operandi of a clairvoyant is strangely enough their biggest enemies, their own attention and or the focus of attention by others. Attention is a very
powerful thing when it is focused on an individual if just from a resentful person or a women in scorn. So it is the case that most people are clairvoyant to
some degree or another but don’t practice the art correctly or use it to bring ill tidings to others.
This is why clairvoyance is much more vivid while sleeping in the dream state or far removed from the body in a transpersonal state. In both these states of
consciousness there are less conditional restraints on the clairvoyant and he or she can move about more freely without the restrictions of time and space
that seems to oppose the law of physics or the natural order of things.
It is self-defeating for a mystic to reveal that he has a bird eye’s view of people’s actions even from a remote distant location such as a country farm house
antique brass bed, if they focus their attention on him or her especially if they have ill intent. You might get zapped with the latest WIFI EMF Brain Stimulation
Device and get out of bed, walk around the room talking to yourself "Government! If Government tells me to stick a tracking device up my aXX, then I shove it
up my aXX, and say God Bless America!"
In the fall of 2006, I interpreted in the dream state with vivid accuracy that I was under hyper-surveillance for human research at the local university in which I
was registered as a sophomore studying Philosophy and Anthropology.
I did not give it much thought at the time because I understood the research as benign and strictly controlled by regulated protocol that protects the subject of
research, in my case, a severely disabled student continuing his education for hopes of returning to some useful position in society.
Although I was not an unwilling participant, I was not contractually bound to their observation of me or did I have anything to hide and thought it interesting
that I would be a candidate for the better good.
Unfortunately, Mary began to withdraw from her normal happy self and I did not know that she too was a target of research even though she was not
registered at the school but always joined me when she could in an empty seat or just to enjoy the activities at the school such as art exhibits, plays, concerts,
and open public discussion groups on any given subject.
In my younger days, I spent a lot of time in my father’s primate laboratory where I actively participated in animal research much of which I thought cruel but
necessary in order to gather research in medicine to save future human lives.
We too followed strict rules of protocol and went beyond the rules by making the animals as comfortable as possible during experimental surgery such as
organ transplants with the idea of operating on primates first with a new procedure or theory instead of live human patients. My father’s lab was also used to
experiment on cadavers but my father would never let me take part in the experiments in my early teenage years.
I remember one evening late, my father told me that the university had acquired a gorilla who in like years was about my age and took me to comfort the
animal because he seemed to be highly depressed. So we did and feed the gorilla bananas and oranges and he would smile when we would talk to him
kindly just as if talking to another human being.
The poor animal was locked in a tight stainless steel cage for it’s own protection and did not have much room to move around and I felt empathy for him, while
maintaining my denial that he would be destroyed after the experimentation. Again we thought we were saving lives and still today I thought our work was a
necessary evil for the better good of mankind and still feel that way today.
On another occasion, I was assigned to assist in the weighing of a baboon who was naturally ill tempered. The procedure required to first weigh yourself then
hold the animal in your arm and step back onto the scale deducting your own weight giving a true body weight of the subject of the experiment. Baboons have
large canine teeth with large crushing jaws to match and are highly dangerous animals that must also be kept in a small cage for the experimenter’s protection.
This particular baboon had gone through the procedure of being weighed many times which was the cranking of the cage wall together slowly to hold the
animal against one of the walls of the cage so it could be given an injection for sleep, once unconscious, the cage un-cranked and opened after the animal
was given the sleeping injection.
My father instructed me to crank the cage walls together as he drew the sleeping medicine from a vial with a hypodermic syringe. I cranked the cage slowly as
the baboon reached out at me and tried to clamp its massive jaws on my hands.
Once the cage was collapsed together and the baboon was stabilized in a way he could not move, my father cleaned its arm with an alcohol swab and lifted
the syringe to the animals arm and just before the needle entered the skin of the baboon, he collapsed as if already asleep hoping to fool us so when I
opened the cage and lifted him out to weigh him he could make his escape.
Never in my wildest dreams did I think that humans would be experimented on and knowingly bring harm to the subject but this is my story and it is as true as
the log Chinese lab experiments performed by the Japanese on Chinese prisoners of war on live human subjects, the nerve gas test on live conscientious
objectors drafted into the army to see how much concentration of nerve gas was lethal determined when a solider died, and as real as the LSD experiments
on heroin addicts in prison who where promised and given a fix after being injected and observed after the LSD test.
Mary’s condition became worse; she would no longer come with me to the University and stopped eating and finally stopped drinking liquid or communicating.
Before her demise, she complained about being watched and that we had routine helicopter visits directly over our farm at low altitudes, but I was still in denial
that anyone would be so interested in me and what I do. I guess my working in primate experiments rationalized my thoughts that a university would be
beneath these kinds of things of doing harm knowingly to the subjects of research. I called an ambulance finally and she was institutionalized and was
declared a ward of the state and I was told that she may never recover.

focuses on a specific target when things go haywire and resources are placed on people who would do no harm and are taken away from those that are real
threats. There have been plenty of cases where Domestic Surveillance has been used against political adversaries, retaliation, or a witness in a Federal
Court of Law!
Additionally, the contracting of private firms in 2008 by U.S. Intelligence, even if the employees are sworn law enforcement officers, compound the problem
because they are paid and rewarded for intelligence, any intelligence if it is useful are just a report that wastes valuable resources and time with total
disregard to harm to the subjects of the report.
I can safely say that in any large community in America, if you want to know your FBI dossier file just hang out at the local police watering hole when they
come to share a few cold ones with their buddies. All you got to do is ride in the blind spot of social recognition by behaving in a bizarre way as someone who
has had to much coca-cola to drink!
Chinese intelligence systems as well as other countries do a better job with surveillance because the people know that as long as you are in the band of the
general public under surveillance, than you are relativity safe from privacy intrusion and free to move about without fear.
I know this because while living in China, the safest country I know of and I have lived in most, I observed that the police have a good working relationship with
the populace and often will complain of too much information that leaves them blind sided to real threats of social invisibility. The same can be said of Italy
where the local officers patrol the communities in which they live, play, and worship.
In Texas we can say, “nothing changes but the meaning of law” and our economic down fall began many years ago by funding the DEA with resources for a
dual mission, attacking drug violations at the street level instead of the source and domestic surveillance in the interest and protection against terrorist threats
such as the attack on New York on September 11, 2001.
We all like to believe that justice is blind; however, there is no finer judge who lives in a community where the whole town knows of something less than
appropriate behavior practiced by the local judge. A paragraph from ”A History of La Salle County” 1856-1975 authored by Annette Martin Ludeman shows
that at least in Texas “nothing changes but the meaning of law” as follows in the month of December, 1886 La Salle County Texas:
“There was a jury inquest inquiring into the cause of the death of C.B. McKinney conducted by Judge Harwood. During the inquest Judge Hardwood was
taken very ill and died within five hours. Judge Hardwood’s mind was heavily taxed in conducting the inquest and having previously contracted the habit of
eating morphine, in a moment of hurry and excitement took an overdose of the drug which cause his death.” This of course added more grief and sorrow to
the already grief stricken little community.”
In today’s world, the murderer would be illegible for the position of Judge or Texas Ranger and the Judge would be considered a hardened criminal and drug
dealer. I am not saying that the DEA has recruited criminals, but the dual task of enforcing equal and harsh penalties along with the billions of dollars of
resources on drug users as well as terrorists jeopardizes our national security.
Lastly, the Chinese intelligence agencies and police have a true respect for individual privacy that naturally leads to respect to the police; otherwise, a
country or State can become a police State overnight if surveillance is not regulated and used for political adversaries, criminal activity, or retaliation.
Between the years of 2000-2010 Surveillance devices were used by incumbent politicians to secure another term just as President Richard
Nixon illegally ordered a search and seizure of a Water Gate Suite for overt intelligence to secure his position as President for another term.
Any human behavior ethnology can be taken out of context just to give due cause for suspicion, producing a false report that can encourage a public mob
hanging without a need of due process or trial of innocent law abiding citizens.
The modus operandi of a clairvoyant is strangely enough their biggest enemies, their own attention and or the focus of attention by others. Attention is a very
powerful thing when it is focused on an individual if just from a resentful person or a women in scorn. So it is the case that most people are clairvoyant to
some degree or another but don’t practice the art correctly or use it to bring ill tidings to others.
This is why clairvoyance is much more vivid while sleeping in the dream state or far removed from the body in a transpersonal state. In both these states of
consciousness there are less conditional restraints on the clairvoyant and he or she can move about more freely without the restrictions of time and space
that seems to oppose the law of physics or the natural order of things.
It is self-defeating for a mystic to reveal that he has a bird eye’s view of people’s actions even from a remote distant location such as a country farm house
antique brass bed, if they focus their attention on him or her especially if they have ill intent. You might get zapped with the latest WIFI EMF Brain Stimulation
Device and get out of bed, walk around the room talking to yourself "Government! If Government tells me to stick a tracking device up my aXX, then I shove it
up my aXX, and say God Bless America!"
In the fall of 2006, I interpreted in the dream state with vivid accuracy that I was under hyper-surveillance for human research at the local university in which I
was registered as a sophomore studying Philosophy and Anthropology.
I did not give it much thought at the time because I understood the research as benign and strictly controlled by regulated protocol that protects the subject of
research, in my case, a severely disabled student continuing his education for hopes of returning to some useful position in society.
Although I was not an unwilling participant, I was not contractually bound to their observation of me or did I have anything to hide and thought it interesting
that I would be a candidate for the better good.
Unfortunately, Mary began to withdraw from her normal happy self and I did not know that she too was a target of research even though she was not
registered at the school but always joined me when she could in an empty seat or just to enjoy the activities at the school such as art exhibits, plays, concerts,
and open public discussion groups on any given subject.
In my younger days, I spent a lot of time in my father’s primate laboratory where I actively participated in animal research much of which I thought cruel but
necessary in order to gather research in medicine to save future human lives.
We too followed strict rules of protocol and went beyond the rules by making the animals as comfortable as possible during experimental surgery such as
organ transplants with the idea of operating on primates first with a new procedure or theory instead of live human patients. My father’s lab was also used to
experiment on cadavers but my father would never let me take part in the experiments in my early teenage years.
I remember one evening late, my father told me that the university had acquired a gorilla who in like years was about my age and took me to comfort the
animal because he seemed to be highly depressed. So we did and feed the gorilla bananas and oranges and he would smile when we would talk to him
kindly just as if talking to another human being.
The poor animal was locked in a tight stainless steel cage for it’s own protection and did not have much room to move around and I felt empathy for him, while
maintaining my denial that he would be destroyed after the experimentation. Again we thought we were saving lives and still today I thought our work was a
necessary evil for the better good of mankind and still feel that way today.
On another occasion, I was assigned to assist in the weighing of a baboon who was naturally ill tempered. The procedure required to first weigh yourself then
hold the animal in your arm and step back onto the scale deducting your own weight giving a true body weight of the subject of the experiment. Baboons have
large canine teeth with large crushing jaws to match and are highly dangerous animals that must also be kept in a small cage for the experimenter’s protection.
This particular baboon had gone through the procedure of being weighed many times which was the cranking of the cage wall together slowly to hold the
animal against one of the walls of the cage so it could be given an injection for sleep, once unconscious, the cage un-cranked and opened after the animal
was given the sleeping injection.
My father instructed me to crank the cage walls together as he drew the sleeping medicine from a vial with a hypodermic syringe. I cranked the cage slowly as
the baboon reached out at me and tried to clamp its massive jaws on my hands.
Once the cage was collapsed together and the baboon was stabilized in a way he could not move, my father cleaned its arm with an alcohol swab and lifted
the syringe to the animals arm and just before the needle entered the skin of the baboon, he collapsed as if already asleep hoping to fool us so when I
opened the cage and lifted him out to weigh him he could make his escape.
Never in my wildest dreams did I think that humans would be experimented on and knowingly bring harm to the subject but this is my story and it is as true as
the log Chinese lab experiments performed by the Japanese on Chinese prisoners of war on live human subjects, the nerve gas test on live conscientious
objectors drafted into the army to see how much concentration of nerve gas was lethal determined when a solider died, and as real as the LSD experiments
on heroin addicts in prison who where promised and given a fix after being injected and observed after the LSD test.
Mary’s condition became worse; she would no longer come with me to the University and stopped eating and finally stopped drinking liquid or communicating.
Before her demise, she complained about being watched and that we had routine helicopter visits directly over our farm at low altitudes, but I was still in denial
that anyone would be so interested in me and what I do. I guess my working in primate experiments rationalized my thoughts that a university would be
beneath these kinds of things of doing harm knowingly to the subjects of research. I called an ambulance finally and she was institutionalized and was
declared a ward of the state and I was told that she may never recover.
